JT, sadly, does not know how to read the PR of a stinky pinky. When he read that the QASP funding was secured, he was duped into believing that meant it was received.

We both know that saying it was secured was just a way of saying it was collateralized with a group of life insurance settlements. A rather sleazy way as the language could easily be misinterpreted by those new to the world of pinks.
