This is what I get....

The number of shares outstanding of the registrant's common stock, $0.001 par value, as of June 30, 2004, was 58,618,228

+ 68M S8 on 9/28 = 126.6M

Judging by the volume since 9/28, the S8 'should' be finished imo.
