BYSD -- don not know why this is under a buck -- no reason for it to be

with this last pr ( http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Bayside-Petroleum-Company-Inc-iw-4178639028.html?x=0&.v=1 ) -- i would expect them to come out swinging at the first of the year

I would imagine we will see some news about the merger or some numbers or something after the year -- unless your trying to pump out shares -- now is not the time to pr anything substantial in the pink/ob
