I think that since we only had filings that he sold 2million shares sine Dec 7 and it shows him owning 20+- million on Dec7 that there should have been a number in the box instead of 0 unless when he left the company he gave up shares or something to that order we will find out when they post there 4q financials but as someone else said if there was a problem we would see it in the stock price
