WHO SAYS RESISTANCE there is too much of talk here about chartists,resistance etc well i have been in pinks for many many years thes stocks do not move or go down on any of teh above its purely a game based on the fundamentals of teh company and how teh MMs take up the stock right now as i have been saying that the CHANGE OF HANDS WAS TAKING plcae between MANATUCK and the new investors i feel that process might have been over.
I have been consistently telling people that stocks do not just move on news though they may pop up,This is a land of merceneries no one does charity here its all a game for every one to make Money,MMs have their games,management has their games and we investors play our games.
Right now i have a strong feeling that the MMs are going on with the management and thats why the stock was hammered from .076 to .0212.
But tye MMs know that this sis no joke and a serious company any news will bring in big buying pressure and they might get trapped badly henec i feel the action from yesterday is a sign that they are accumulating now anticipating news to come in.
And the news will come in with swift winds and would be huge,either placement of the stock to Sccious at a 135% premium to the average of last 3 months trading which would be say around .04,news of new contracts,news to go on to NYSE.
All in all this stock will not test any resistance once it starts a run for me the first stop would be .15.
many would grumble here when the stock was not able to cross .03 how could it reach .15 and will laugh at me.
But mark my words and see the histroy of many stocks which have done the monster runs its always the MMs watch the Level II how many shares could be grabbed and since they might be finding very few sellers they are not attempting that monster run.
This could be for one reason that there are investors who have this bought above .06 and naturally they would not like to book loss but well thats the game why this was kept at the .025 levels for long by the MMs to frustrate people to sell.
But finding no sellers and anticipated news it looks they have had no alternative than to hit the ask and grab as many as possiblw and thats the reaomns we crossed the .03 similarly i find this will swiftly move at much fastre pace.
Just imagine we just had 15 Mio shares traded compared to almost 40 Mio average last week.
With that it moved up by 11.93% than imagine any news comes in and we have 80 Mio sshares traded we will cross that .05 mark,the stock will than catch the attention of big ticket investors and once they come in with their millions of dollars of allotment this RMW is a priority secotr we will pass that .15 mark with very little effort.
