jimmy, just commenting on MD being able to hide the financing from those we owe. You can all but guarantee that if LTF happens, any jr debt is going to be paid directly out of proceeds before one copper .01 goes to CPRK, as they will not want any potential problems caused by one of the jr's not being paid.
