got the same reply, talked to Mark directly, he had no problem answering what he could, and that was that they are still making product for wow green and are paid royalties from that, they are fully operating, they are still a start up company with what can be a promissing future. the shareholders will be updated in a pr in January. they ARE NOT going to trial but will pay whatever fines they have to pay to fulfill sec obligation which should be taken care of within a few weeks. settle out of court were his words. they are looking forward to getting this past them so they can move forward with the company.
