Okay...understandable. But how does a R/S fit into all the companies that were acquired with restricted shares the last 6 months?

30 Mil shares @ 0.03 for TrakIT
15 Mil shares @ 0.013 for Shot Spirits
10 Mil shares @ 0.03 for Organic Products
etc
etc

Being restricted, why wouldn't these acquisitions be screwed in the process too?
