Do some DD...or ask before issuing a malicious statement IMHO....I notified the EBAY seller and gave him all the info he needed as well as others...There is no excuse if this escalates...Its not my concern now...Whatever EI decides, we have been notified...when there is a resolution, if any, I am sure we will know THEN....same with the 8k...
November 12, 2009 Urgent Product Bulletin NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
It has come to our attention that a former supplier of the company, suffering financial difficulties, has had its inventory seized by a creditor who is now attempting to liquidate this inventory on the online auction website known as eBay. Unfortunately, included in this seized inventory are items that belong to and have been fully paid for by Eternal Image which we had not yet taken possession of.
We have notified the creditor and the website that the property was improperly seized and that it belongs to our company. We have also consulted with counsel and will be taking legal action against these improper acts by this supplier's creditor IF THE CREDITOR DOES NOT RETURN THE ITEMS TO US.
More importantly, we want to assure you our shareholders that this inappropriate action was taken NOT by a creditor of our company, but by a creditor to one of our suppliers who has experienced financial difficulties. This supplier's difficulties will NOT interrupt our business since we have comparable, alternate suppliers that we utilize.
Finally, we ask that our shareholders complain to eBay about the fact that they are allowing what could be legally classified as stolen goods to be sold on their website and by doing so they may be facilitating an illegal activity.
