Axion has NOTHING involving carbon nanotubes to my knowledge and that looks to me where the future of this business lies. So I guess to get $26 million cash it took considerable sweetening and 57¢ was it.

I fully expect the share price to reach 57¢ soon. And money making developments will be required to maintain it there and get back above it.
