Your Wrong, completly and utterly wrong. WRONG...lol.

They are relisted AGAIN on the OTC-BB. And can file Extensions FOREVER and EVER and EVER AND EVER and well FOREVER under current SEC Rule and NEVER EVER NEVER be subject to 2005 rule. NEVER LOL.
