Trying to understand AAC

So far:

1) One share of AAC will get a 0.55 divident
2) Own a share of 2.4% in the new company.
- Post merge and post finance, the SinoCoke will own about 77.4%, financiers will own 20%, and current AAC shareholders own 2.4%

The stock is trading at about $1 now, so $0.45 is the actual price for a tiny percentage*2.4%.

I am staying away for now.
