Keddleone I had those thoughts as well, so many questions yet to be determined.

My first question is why in the world didn't the company check with the minor investors to get a feel for what they expected prior to receiving the offer, imo that should have been on the list with the $5 million debt that was discussed.

We don't know for sure, however it looks like the minor investors are also selling their holdings, question is wasn't that known from the off set, along with the price they were willing to sell for?

I have been in lock step with what the company was doing, and why they were doing it in the time frame set, however this move leaves me cold.

Just my opinion, but it looks like they carried the ball to the basket, and then missed the slam dunk.
