Always do a little DD on who owns the company you are thinking of investing in. You probably knew that. Any time, any time you see that Steve Humphries is the CEO, DON"T DO IT. Like many of these pinkies, shareholders are nothing more than an open till for him to take your money and run. Yes, once in a long while there is a one time spike in the pps with him, but when? My first experience was Humphries DLAV. He got my $5 grand and never looked back. I took what I could after a year, then came the R/S and now.....DLAD. Same pattern has occured as the Doctor layed out with EWKS, TFZI, SSEV. Over year ago, I did not do my DD and hastily got into EWKS. The same day I discovered it was a Humphries company, hung onto it for a while and bailed. He still got some of my money, but not near as much. I copied all the misleading PR's that were posted from fall of '08 to the spring of '09 and sent them to the SEC. I hope they are watching him and his brother to some extend. GLTY.
