goal is to a RS when this stock break .4-.5 range and get on NASDAQ, or NYSE at 1.25-1.50 range.

their are obvious guideline in marketcap requirements, and interested buyers in the newly reversed stock price, or it will tank.


if this management group is as seasoned and good as they seem to be, thats where the gamble pays off!
