bankruptcy judges don't give fair value, they give what they can get and distribute what they havein pocket. if the mill and mine are worth so much why is the pps so low? if the company fails then the loan holders could get far less than 50 cents on the dollar, so, they may take what they can get. i have a million shares, so i am long ,i just think that this is a very amatuerly run company. by the way was dave jensen md 's relative or not?
