And they will file. Just as they have all the recent 8-K reports, as well as dealing with their court cases. Companies that are "scams", would not be doing these things, nor would they be continueing to do business as Spong is doing, ie: ads, products, etc, etc. Companies that are going to be revoked, would not continue to do things in this manner. That is why you nor anyone can compare Spong to other companies.
