I think I'll wait and see if the 3 late filings in 2 years takes them off the OTCBB and onto the pink sheets

You are incorrect. The company has to be delisted THREE times and Sent to the Pinks. The 3rd time No coming back to the Otc-BB. The Company is permited to file by Rule late as much as it cares to.[/i]
