Good company,but they were out of money and had to pay their bills,$2.50+ discount though seems high.Need production soon,been burning through cash quickly,which is understandable at this phase.Wish Houthschild would of bought more and at a premium.Seems like they are gaining control,piece by piece and getting a discount with each and every purchase,don't companies usually sell out at a premium?If they emerge as the owner what will happen to the dividend?They might use it for there other properties.It would sure be nice to get a dividend in solid gold,wouldn't it?
