Need for middle men such as LPIH CNAM

Rotobranco - I think CSykes answered your questions.

Since China is growing in such a rate, even the big two oils (SNP/PTR) need help in the foreseeable future.

In addition, there is a long term need for LPIH based on the following facts:
-
- existence of independent refineries in China (hundreds of them)
- existence of independent gas stations (thousands)
- plus, LPIH distributes oils to power stations and other big users

For CNAM:
There are hundreds, if not thousands, of steel smelters all over China. CNAM will have its place for a long period of time.

One possible risk for CNAM is that the Chinese government is pushing for consolidations in the steel industry. So this may have an impact on CNAM customers.
