I agree with you 100%, but the sad part about it is it also brings scumbags out of the woodwork with companies like this. So what do you think they are going to do? If they make everything transparent they protect investors from making poor decisions, on the other hand if they keep everything gagged they protect themselves. Not a tough one to figure out is it.
