I think the gay community will now, more than ever, want to seek out a nationally unified, real time, television voice to help organize and inform them relative to their rights and overall lives on a daily basis. The Key will be original programming that tackles the issues they and we all face. News, talk, documentaries and entertainment from ones own perspective is almost irresistable. Air America from the "liberal" perspective on a.m. radio is an example. They do well with advertising and are growing rapidly and I know people who are addicted to it and people who think it should be banned. Being scrambled is Q's advantage on this front and national availability will give Q the ability to link a segmented population(market) that everyone agrees exists. It is said often, "If we build it they will come". This is more true now than ever before.
