Thank you both for your replies. I agree with both your assessments and hence have been purchasing over the past few months and continue to build a large position in HDVY.

I do however wish that this was just put to bed by the company - once in for all as I hate the fact that technically it's still an "open flag" out there that may be preventing other investors from entering.

Thanks again to the both of you and I'm pretty sure we've got some really good news coming our way soon! Appreciate what you both do for this board.
