Only 8 days left for the trading year 2009 to take your tax loss. Thats it for the GBDX investors only 8 days left.

for almost a year you say someone has to be served but you provide no link or no source........ you dont even provide a name of who has to be served. now today you say he was served and in three more months we will be revoked, please provide a name of who was served and who your source is otherwise you are playing the same game as you accused others of --- making things up.........right now all you are doing is pumping a story with no fact posted, no link, no source. what your reason for this is i dont really care but i do find it very amusing to read your posts and the anger that has gotten so strong recently....how is the weather in jersey hope your not getting to much snow. As you have posted in the past...post fact with links or sources so that it can be proven, remember YOU insisted this a few times from others. You and i both know what the volume was at thanksgiving time and it was not shorts covering or retail buying or retail selling.

here is a very simple way for the SEC to revoke this, if there is no business than all the SEC has to do is revoke this stock on the basis of their prs that say sales made posting dollar amounts totalling over 3 million dollars back in 2006 and 2007. PLAIN AND SIMPLE....

oh wait you have a Source (wow havent you complained about others who have posted that they have a source but do not post who the source is or links to backup what they say.......you see it does work both ways
