I'm not sure I agree. If they had (have) capable programmers, there would be fairly low start-up costs to start working on medical app's, imo. They'd have to do a fair bit of research to determine what applications are most needed (if they don't already know) and maybe buy some supplies, but the main cost would still be labor, I'd guess.

Further, They may have a lot more cash than they're letting on, due to the float being 8 times higher than it was in April.....Of course, that $ could well be in Brent's pocket.

I do agree that the stock is overvalued, until they can show they are on the right track. So far, it's all talk.
