Coming down off the recent highs, yes, but the PPS is definately up from recent low's of .006 less than a month ago. So you are saying the value should be .009. That's up 66% off the stock price just 3 weeks ago. I would say the stock is trending upwards. Regardless, good luck with your prediction. If your right, buy as many shares as you can. I would be surprised to anything below .015 at this point IMHO.
