FTWR should RS their shares probably monday or tuesday. They stated a 1-10 RS would take place prior to Redeeming their notes and the notes are supposed to be redeemed by Dec 22.

"The Company therefore expects to redeem the Notes on December 22, 2009. As previously disclosed, the Company expects to effect a 1-for-10 reverse stock split prior to redeeming the Notes."
