I would like to believe that we are still at the 37.8 million range and that its just the powers that be that are trying to inflate the numbers

the 190 million shares that was supposed to go towards that oem buying into hop-on that acording to the last release fell threw is still supposedly outstanding....but that deal fell threw???? I would be willing to bet.... and I have..... that that is not the only discrepencey that exists and is less than truth and facts.

I am in for the long haul good luck all!
