it will be time for a lot of us to bail shortly! i could have had my 1 million ++ shares of UGSI stock in the general market since March and done quite well. management can care less because they have most of their stock at $0.08! there's no way the stock price will ever get to that level, so they have at least a double to triple in their holdings ++ a lot of extra restrictive stock and i'm sure a lot of warrants. mgmt is NOT shareholder friendly and therefore, this is probably not a good investment for anyone but insiders! best to all! and go HEK!
