If you are still with me, this means we must assume the 10K filed for fiscal-year ending May 31, 2009 is correct, as it was not part of the SEC request for re-auditing, only 2008 10K.

Would the may 09 financials be correct if the previous (re-audited) ones were incorrect, or do these things work on a continuing basis?
