Any smart ones in here have a clue to the Company being even close to have their product approved to sell in the US by the FDA?
Or are you guys in this for the reverse merger aspects?
E-cigs are already here , but none are public.
I'm knee deep in SFIO that IMHO has made most headway, and then found another that has just submitted their FDA paperwork HPNN, 'Hop-on' they sell alot of casino crap and sub penny. But they have their hat in the ring.
By far SFIO is leg up on the rest, Product shipped, international orders filled, and in the final hours of the FDA approval process, but just remember the FDA does NOT like these things.
I'm watching this one too. An importer????? To who? Not to the States US Customs will nail em!! Price, volume and O/S look tempting.
