The SEC, like all Government agencies, especially investigative agencies, acts on its own time scale. As I've said before, while you and I count time in seconds, minutes, hours, days & mos, the SEC operates on more of a geologic time scale. They'll move when they are completely ready. In the meantime, no outsider will know anything for sure. All we can do is draw conclusions based on the results of similar situations that have occurred in the past.
