Rhino - I couldn't agree with you more. It's obvious the company is using the pinks as a starting place with no intention of remaining any longer than necessary. They have several options to use at their disposal for upgrading the exchange they are trading on. This process is similar to an IPO, except we get the benefit of buying in at a very cheap price as the company puts it' conglomerate together, rather than the company putting it together first and then presenting it to investors.
