JoTeng, the article is not so unsual.

I was in Shanghai about four weeks ago, when a cold spell hit much of China.

The TV news widely reported, with real time footage, the shortage of natural gas at the time. Natural gas powered taxis waited for as much as 8 hours in Wuhan for refills. (I did not realize those exists until I saw them on the TV). There were talks on the web/newspaper/TV that the big two oils (SNP and PTR) had under-invested in the gas infrastructure for the last five years, creating a shortage.

Does anybody know of any small caps that provide products and services in the areas of gas equipment, exploration, and transportation?
