I have felt that there might be significant movement in the price of GEMM as the first dividend day came as shorts needed to gather up GEMM shares to cover the NSS on CMKX. I also felt this could happen a second time when the second dividend was due.

Does the halt of USCA change any of these possible dynamics? Regardless of the halt of USCA, if there is a NSS position on CMKX that has not been covered, don't they still need GEMM shares?
