It goes through as sale because they didn't perform the buy for you they just picked up shares from someone sellng so it get recorded as a sell, it is same for buys sometimes if you wanna sell they won't drive prce down by selling they will just allow someone buy them and it records as a buy it a trik they do to mess with the charts!!! So they want it to look like a sell hoping the price will go down so that means they have buy sorders waiting to get filled , its a good sign really !!!!
