Chart looks very favorable, but I agree with the earnings threat. Looking over past news releases, they did pre-announce, but the guidance called for losses at the high end or greater. I think some of the downside is mitigated by the pre-announcement, but I wouldn't want to be on it if it came out much worse than the guidance. There is safer charts to play with right now anyway.
