In or Out of DLAD, that is the question.

All of the talk about CEO dumping shares each day @ .0001 is a bunch of BS.
So goes the crap about a reverse split. Maybe, maybe not. CEO says not.
I believe traders are selling for the tax loss. When the approval was delayed, I considered selling.
People, these remarks about the wash, rinse, and dry sound good but they mean nothing and are all BS. from people that know nothing. They are just speculating from their own perceptions.

In business we have to trust what is being said to us by the Officers of the companies we invest our money in. This is what is so great about the US and it’s markets, We put our trust in the companies leaders and the also the system that maintains the trustworthiness of the markets. If we don’t trust them, then we don’t invest in them.

With that said, I believe Humphries is making some difficult, however, much needed moves to keep DLAD viable and running. The company name change will not increase value, but the fact that the company has already changed, it is appropriate the name reflect the type of business it currently is.

Look at the progress of DLAD and the changes.
*Sold old technology while value remained. (dealer software)
*Purchased Magazine company and rights.
*Purchased interest in a Viable and growing media company. (Radio)

These are moves made to produce growth and increased equity, and all I read on this board is how this guy is going to screw us out of our money. He’s not the one devaluing the share price, it the perception that the people have about the company, and that perception is formed by no other then … your’s truly. You and I.

If you own DLAD and have faith in the leadership, then speak up. If you don’t yet own DLAD, you may not want to wait for .0002. If you think this companies leadership sucks, make your point and move on. Don’t hang around and promote crap just to run it down, we hit bottom if you haven’t noticed.
