people keep saying that we have blown past deadlines and no news or updates...i believe more than one person has spoken to dr jan and he has told you guys that the filings have been completed and we are waiting on the SEC to approve the ipo...i thought the SEC may have had their answer prepared for today but i guess not. guys lets be realistic here the SEC will approve this IPO as soon as they are satisfied with content which is why they have not said NO yet. imo everyone wants to get this deal done and out of the way including dr k chang and everyone else involved with these companies. all in due time it will be done and a thing of the past and we will carry forward with dp and other gkg contracts...im just sick of people crying and complaining about being in the dark when we know exactly whats going on.
