Thanks for the offer, thats a great offer, but take it the wrong way, they have a great thing going down there. It has win win all over the place. They do a wonderful job and being nonprofit there is enought to do what they need. Its just most of the homes are 3/2 rance stlyes and not set up for these types of peopl's need. We brainstorm over getting Ty Pendleton's emotions wrapped in this story.

And as for BGEM, my LT view is for a national roll out. But you need to take baby steps due to the small demographics of there sale area at present. I see swings till they pull this off.

I always take two positions on allmy plays a long and a flip position. Graet for the sanity going long.
