I perceive LS as being less important than Donovan but I could be wrong.

There is a lot of displeasure now over CFO status. I think when the dust settles there will be financial restatements that don't impact core fundamentals.

As for growth opportunites losing LS may hurt but supposedly Donovan has good relationships too.

Tax issues have little to do with growth issues.

Communication may be the main complaint but I think communication has some positives. Management imo does not by any means plan to give up on communication.

Sometimes quiet is also better than providing dates that are not met.
