I thought this might be a good play but you can tell they really have no idea how they are going to sell their product. Also the court case smells bad and the audit sounds fishy. Usually prolonged audits are trouble brewing especially with the second one called in. I hope it works for those that really believe in this company but I'll pass on it myself.
