okay, here's a simple solution.. those of you that don't believe as I and others do that JD and insiders in FACT do not hold the 325m restricted shares as reported, you could call or email JD and ask him authorize the TA to release the restricted number of shares.. that is the ONLY reason they will NOT disclose those numbers, JD can change that in a New York minute (ala; seabiscuit)

simple, easy and safe, should take literally a matter of minutes.. if the TA then discloses there's in fact somewhere over 300m restricted shares I will never publicly say another negative word about JD and company, deal?

that one issue is my main pet peeve..

oh, please please don't come back and say it's the TA's policy not to release those #'s as that's pure BS as they told me they could with auth from the company..
