callin sec does no good, im thinkin being denied the right to vote on a rs r any other thing in a publicly traded co if you are a shareholder may be a crime. not sure but need to talk to a lawyer even if ceo has 51 % , and after all the lies this may be something that needs looked at by someone that would know the law...will wait and see if i get a proxie and see if the rs takes place....
