IOVE--It's a common problem for companies to assume that when they file they are done and wait for approval. However, FINRA has comments and questions they need answered. You can't expect the first round submittal to be it. There is usually several rounds. Now add in the timing around the holidays and you have to expect delays. FINRA's employees get to take vacation too. I agree with Windfall Magic this could be a powder keg and I am looking to buy more!
