I do not think OWVI goes up until we see the OWC releases. They releases it only after the bank approval and FDIC news. Need to wait for at lease couple of months from now.

I have a strong gut feeling that OWVI will go less than 17 before dec end. I bet for it.

BTW, I am long on OWVI since july and still holding 2M stocks. I am not bashing the stock but the above said is my assumption only.
