loanranger you missed the interpertation of that...I know the settlement is from being in court...my poinit on the If it went to court statement is if they went to court and had the TRIAL...if you read the post again understanding that is what I meant, the post will make more sense to you...

And the settlement was instigated not by Sponge Tech but by Spongables and Sponge Tech went along with it...it was not a "the both woke up on the 14 and had the same "lets settle today" thought...it was Spongables who had their lawyers present the settlement idea...bank that!
