Well, not sure about things in pinkyland. If expo has to follow Sarbox compliance, then I don't think you can get discovery. Plus you'd have to include his accountant, and I'm sure he/she has certain protections as well. I just think a lawsuit is ridiculous on an individual basis. You wanna help pay for it? I certainly wouldn't.
