But I believe that investors like us have no right, under current US law, to get the evidence you would need, via discovery motions, like contracts, accounting books, things that you have to have or u got no leg to stand on. Call a lawyer and see if they will take your case. The SEC/Fed's can get that info, but not the general public or investors. That's why Sarbanes Oxley didn't address the underlying problems of the Enron scandal. You have no individual recourse, imo. Court dockets are overflowing and stacked miles high. Good luck with getting your case heard, and, you will be counter-sued. He can release counter pr's, and if u are wrong in your assertions, he could become completely transparent and your gonna be left holding the bag. What's the pps gonna do, fall to the trip zeroes? Hell, the equip they own will be worth more than the market cap again again. Give it some serious time and thought and call JD. Let us know what he says
