ranger,

Again, thanks. I have read a good many posts in here and pondered both sides of the argurment. I cannot deny that those who say this is a scam at times offer up some interesting arguments and proposals as well as do those who still believe in the company and it's products regardless of whether they believe in current management or not. I wonder, considering the timing of events either put out by the company through PRs, SEC filings and or the coincidental aspects of media coverage, one might consider that the SEC acting on whatever information they had to open up the investigation, perhaps, acted a bit prematurely. Yes, I know this may be reaching but when a prosecutor feels strongly about the evidence they usually don't hesitate to bring forth their case. This doesn't seem to be the situation with the investigation into SPNG. Hence, it is why I think they may not feel that they can win a case against SPNG. Why would they be holding back bringing charges if they had an airtight case and from what I understand that is the only kind of case they should be/like to prosecute? Your thoughts and TIA.
